The Mia Prima has one mode, one button, one minute for fast & simple skin cleansing. I like the simplicity of it and use it every few weeks or when it seems my skin needs a pick me up. It can be used in the shower; Use it towards the end of the shower when your skin has had time for the pores to open up.
