Cilantro Salad Dressing Recipe, Simple & Easy

Yield: 12 oz.

INGREDIENTS
10 ounces extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
6 cloves garlic
1  1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 handfuls of cilantro, stems removed (or herb of your choice)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut off stems from cilantro

  2. Puree all ingredients except cilantro

  3. Add cilantro and blend until it is chopped and broken up, but not puréed
