I wasn’t used to using Quip at first. I had gotten used to the high level of vibration with a Sonicare. After trying it out, I thought it wasn’t doing the job. After contact Quip to start a return, they convinced me that less is more. I tried it one more time and now I really like it.
There is a 30 second timer and it vibrates a couple pulses to let you know it is time to move on to the next quadrant. After completing 4 sections, it pulses 3 times and automatically shuts off.
Quip includes a wall mount but the adhesive wears off and does not work with my tiled bathroom walls since the tiles are not completely smooth, but are textured. The toothbrush is a little heavier than a standard toothbrush and the lack of grip or contouring isn’t as easy to handle but overall this toothbrush is worth it.
It is fluoride free, SLS-free, gluten-free and vegan. Sodium lauryl sulfate is known to cause canker sores. Ever since I started using Desert Essence toothpastes, I haven’t had canker sores which I used to get regularly from using brands with SLS.
I was using the Wintergreen version also from Desert Essence but I’ve switched to Pink Himalayan Salt since it is also carrageenan-free. I also like that it doesn’t have an overpowering flavor, the mint is very subtle.
There is a hand sanitizer spray from EQ that is smaller but a flip top makes it more convenient. It’s safe for kids and you get over 225 sprays.

For dryness and redness, these drops have natural ingredients, are homeopathic, do not have harsh vasoconstrictors, so you can use as often as needed. The squeeze tip makes it really easy to apply.
Fractionated Coconut Oil is a better choice during winter months since it won't solidify at 72F or lower like regular, non-fractionated coconut oil does. You can use this as a base/carrier oil and add essential oils or on its own as a personal lubricant since it will not cause infections. It can be used for massage as well.
Coconut oil is anti-viral, anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. It comes with a 2oz bottle which is perfect for travel or in the bathroom cabinet.
Insect repellant that is DEET-free, safe for kids with friendly ingredients like castor oil, geramium oil, cedarwood oil, citronella oil, peppermint oil, lemongrass oil.
It has a surprisingly good citrus smell, I actually like it. I was using a similar spray by Repel, but even though it also contains citrus oils, the scent is a turn-off.
